The holiday house we stayed in was exceptional. It was spacious and clean, comfortably accommodating all six of us. The location was peaceful and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The host was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The gardens were well-maintained and the security measures were excellent.
The only drawback was that the house was situated near a busy road, making it difficult for light sleepers to get a good night's rest.

The place was perfect for the family with ample space and multiple living rooms. Enough bathrooms for everyone. Back-up solar power for seamless electricity. Welcoming and comfortable house with ensuite bathrooms. Excellent wifi connection. Inviting kitchen with all modern conveniences. Clean, beautiful, and safe property with electric fence and alarm. Convenient layout and neat gardens. Excellent security.
Felt like royalty, nothing was too much trouble.

The value for money at Grey Oak was amazing! The room was fantastic, spacious, and impeccably clean. The location was convenient and the staff were incredibly attentive and made us feel safe and comfortable throughout our stay.

The holiday home was spacious and clean, providing ample room for our family during the Christmas holiday. The house was well-maintained and modern, giving it a luxurious feel. It was a relief to have such comfortable accommodations after being on the road for weeks. Additionally, the location was quiet and peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The customer service at this establishment left much to be desired. The staff was unprofessional, lacking in basic business etiquette and customer service skills.
